Hết Sẩy weaves together local produce, traditional techniques, and flavor infused childhood memories to serve vibrant and harmonious dishes from the Mekong Delta with distinct San Jose style.

Partners in love and in the kitchen, chef-owners DuyAn and Hieu Le inspire each other to cook, eat, dance, and dress in a way that honors their shared Southern Vietnamese heritage with their own unique flair.

Our farmers market pop-ups are our place to practice, play with, and challenge traditional Southern Vietnamese foodways. We take inspiration from traveling cải lương (Mekong folk opera) troupes that bring soulful artistic experiences no matter where we go.

Through our food, we invite you to reimagine what Vietnamese food can be.
